Bigyani Kanya Medha Britti Scholarship, West Bengal This scholarship is purposeful for female students.

The scholarship is only proposed to students who have qualified for class 12th from any board in West Bengal.

Financial support of up to Rs. 8000 per month is given to minority students relying on the level of education or program.

Hindi Scholarship Scheme, West Bengal This scholarship is given to aid and benefit students studying the Hindi language in Non-Hindi speaking states like West Bengal.

  • The student should be a resident of West Bengal.
  • He or she must be a student of Class 9 or 10.

West Bengal Post-matric Scholarship

 

  • The student must dwell in West Bengal.

Swami Vivekananda Merit cum Means Scholarship (SVMCM)

 

  • The student should be living in West Bengal.

The student must be seeking graduation in Engineering, Medical, Technic, or professional lessons if they are not studying the general Undergraduate or Postgraduate level degree courses.

  • If the student is studying at the higher secondary level or seeking a diploma, he or she e must have attained at least 75% marks in class 10th.
  • If the student is at the undergraduate level, he or she must have secured at least 75% marks in the intermediate class.
  • The annual family income of the student should not surpass Rs. 2.5 lakh.

Hindi Scholarship Program West Bengal 
  • The student must be a dweller of West Bengal.

There are 2 classifications of students who can achieve Aikyashree scholarship:

  1. Fresh candidates
  2. Candidates relating for a renewal scholarship
  • For New Scholarship, the association will only deem a student eligible based on merit and subject to the budgetary allowance provided by the State administration 
  • For Renewal Scholarship, the association will only consider students who have attained 50% marks in his/her prior examination.

To proceed with the Aikyashree application process, students must follow the below steps:

 

Step 1 – Student Registration

  1. Visit the official website of the WBMDFC portal or directly click on the Aikyashree Scholarship portal
  2. Now, click on the New Registration
  3. Select the district of your university or institute. 
  4. Enter the details which quire your Name, District, Guardians Name, DOB, Mobile Number, Email ID, and Bank Account Number in the registration panel. 
  5. Now, go to ‘Click and submit’ 

 

Step 2- Eligibility submission 

 

  • Enter the validities in the scheme eligibility space on the webpage displayed like the current institution, its location, class or course name, the last exam passed, name o the board, year of qualifying the last exam, percentage marks obtained, annual family income, and email ID.
  • Select ‘Click and submit’ 

 

Step 3- Registration Finalization 

 

  1. After you finish the above step, a temporary User ID will be produced.
  2. Now go to your email or inbox as the password will be mailed there

 

Step 4 – Students Login

 

  1. Now, Login with Your User ID and Password on the Student Log-In window

  3. Submit the application form at the concerned university or the school along with a photocopy of your bank passbook which comprises bank account number and IFSC Code

In case a student needs to renew his/her WBMDFC scholarship, he/she needs to follow the below steps:

 

  1. Visit the official website for All Scholarship (Pre-Matric, Post Matric, MCM, TSP, SVMCM scholarship)
  2. Click on the Renewal Application option, which will send you to a new window. 
  3. Tap and choose your district and click on the dialogue appearing on the screen
  4. Log in by joining the application ID, date of birth, district, and captcha code
  5. Click Login
  6. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the sent OPT and submit.
  7. There will be two options – Renew application and Withdraw  Application. You have to click Renew Application
  8. Enter the details which are required to be filled in the registration form like name, date of birth, email ID, parent’s name, gender, religion, etc.
  9. Tap on Submit and Next. Enter academic details including both prior and current academic details.
  10. Click on Submit and Next
  11. Check and ensure your bank details like IFSC, bank and branch name, bank account number, and name in the bank account as per the 
  12. Tick the confirmation tab which states ‘I confirm that the bank account details are ok to the best of my knowledge & belief’
  13. Click on Submit and Next
  14. Upload the necessary documents with the form (your institute verification certificate)
  15. Submit the application form by clicking Submit and Next tab
  16. Finally, review the details before finally submitting the form
  17. Click on Submit and Lock Renewal Application tab
  18. A popup will be shown asking if the details are valid. After confirming, click on OK

Conditions pertaining to the Aikyashree scholarship Program

  • The applicant has to provide a certificate heeding family income at the time of application.
  •  For ‘renewal’ applicants, the persistence of the scholarship will be subject to securing 50% marks in the last year’s examination.
  • One year subsidy will be provided to hostellers and day scholars.
  • Students should be formal in attendance, for which the rules will be decided by the qualified authority of the school.
  • If a student infringes school discipline or any other terms and conditions of the scholarship, it may be repealed or canceled.
  • The State Government can also immediately cancel the prize if duly complacent of the reasons for the violation of these regulations regulating the scheme.
  • If a student is found to have attained a scholarship by false statement, his/her scholarship will be abolished forthwith and the amount of the scholarship paid will be regained.
  • The course/tuition fees and maintenance allowance will be associate with the student’s bank account directly under Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) method
