The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has coordinated all the Postgraduate Diploma Management (PGDM) organizations to apply for its endorsement before admitting understudies for the year 2022-23.
In a proclamation, the AICTE said, It has come to notice of All India Council for Technical Education from paper notices that a few establishments are conceding understudies for Postgraduate Diploma in Management courses in Ay 2022-23 without taking endorsement of AICTE.
The PGDM foundations are independent establishments and the standards of AICTE for PGDM are given in reference section 9 of APH 2021’22 are rigorous to be followed.
The All India Council for Technical Education notified that any institution offering such technical course or program in violation of laws or approved process directory will face legal action.

An organization offering any Program/Course in Specialized Instruction infringing upon Guidelines/Endorsement Cycle Handbook will be at risk to fitting Corrective activity including fine/no confirmation/decrease in Supported Admission/withdrawal of Endorsement/criminal activity by the Committee against defaulting Trust/Society/Organization/Related People/the Establishment, all things considered.
Accordingly, all PGDM organizations are organized to admit students after getting approval from the council. The council asked all such organizations to apply for approval for the academic year 2022-23 on the portal after the notification of AICTE.
