A REPORT ON DIGITAL EDUCATION LAUNCHED BY HRD MINISTER

In the competitions of learning, they have initiated projects like Swayam Prabha TV Channel, On-Air – Shiksha Vani, e-PathShala, telecast through TV channels, webinars, DIKSHA platform, Online MOOC courses, DAISY by NIOS for differently-abled, National Repository of Open Educational Resources (NROER) to develop e-content and energized books, E-learning portals, chat groups, distribution of books and other digital projects along with State/ UT Governments.

The report added how the education facilitators have organized the meaningful task of giving digital education at the doorstep to the students during the COVID-19 pandemic.

A portion of the major advanced activities by State Governments are SMILE (Social Media Interface for Learning Engagement) in Rajasthan, Project Home Classes in Jammu, Padhai Tunhar duvaar (Education at your doorstep) in Chhattisgarh, Unnayan Initiatives in Bihar through the entryway and versatile application, Mission Buniyaad in NCT of Delhi, Kerala’s own instructive TV channel (Hi-Tech school program), E-researcher gateway just as free online courses for educators in Meghalaya, The statement further included.
