Under Delhi University second cut-off list, DU received 43,412 applications by the 2nd day of its admission to UG programs.
However, the admission process of Delhi University has ended today under the second cut-off list. According to the data, Delhi University approves about 10,593 applications. And approximately 3,213 applicants have paid the fees.
Applicants who satisfy the scores for admission to UG courses can go to the students’ dashboard to choose college and course. The documents submitted by the candidates will be approved by the respective colleges and after that, they have to pay the admission fee within a limited period.
Candidates can change their priorities in selecting courses. They are permitted to select numerous courses and colleges.
For the academic year 2021-22 in Delhi University, a total of 70,000 seats are available. Under the first cut-off list of DU, 36,130 applicants got admission to different courses. The University of Delhi got about 60,904 applications in the 1st round of its admission.

High Interest was seen in DU Colleges for BA (Hons) Philosophy course
This year, DU colleges have noticed an increased interest in BA (Hons) Philosophy with almost half of the colleges that provide the course observing seats filling up in the UR category in the 1st list itself.
This has happened for the first time in the last few years. College principals and teachers have mentioned the increase in the course’s popularity to lower cut-offs, a rise in involvement in the subject because of the unpredictable situation prevailing in wake of the coronavirus pandemic.
7 colleges have filled up their seats out of 15 colleges that offer the course and that for the unreserved category in the 1st list itself.
