After Graduation hardly anyone get time to explore ‘Delhi ‘with friends. Students get occupied with higher studies or jobs and fly off miles away from Delhi. They might later regret the memories they never created. Till the time you are in Delhi with your friends, here are things that should be added in your ‘to do’ list.

1. Explore uniqueness of Old Monuments

Delhi is full of Peculiar Old monuments.  When Red fort and India gate seems boring then have a visit to little far off place than them, still being in Delhi. Mehrauli Archeological Park, Jamali Kamali Mosque, Purana Qila, Agrasen Ki Baoli and Hauz Khas fort etc. There is an unending list of the places where you can spend hours with your friends doing chit chat with greenery around. Take some time out to flee from this technological world and spend some time in ancient or medieval era admiring the beauty of its creation.

There are days when you are tight on pocket, then ‘Street food ‘seems the best Idea. The authentic flavors of Delhi reside in this street food. Delhi Metro is spread over Delhi like a web. Connecting every part, Delhi Metro has eased the life of every Delhite. Most of you ride in Delhi Metro on daily basis so you might know the love of short journeys either by reading your favorite book or listening to songs or becoming a face reader. Those who have other means for going to college must prefer Delhi metro once and you will love the experience. Even metro stations have become the hub of many students for chilling out. Oh yeah, you can experience thrills in Delhi too, numerous of haunted places are there in Delhi. Though possibly ghost do not resides there but still Khooni Nadi near Rohini , Malcha Mahal at Bistadari Road , Bhuli Bhatiyari ka mahal at Jahandelwalan and there are some more names that can make you scream internally. These thrills can give you hundreds of stories you can narrate to your children later in future.  Make sure they are not a place to chill but to yell, out of fear.

When whole Delhi including your family snorts in a deep sleep there a night life starts. Delhi has a place for every one even at 12 in midnight. If you are a music lover then Hard rock café, Hybrid are there, if you are foodie Murthals, Mc Donald’s are there and if you want a high on beat club Gunghroo and Agni are there. You will find more of them but make sure to venture a night life in Delhi for sure.

6. Haggle at Local markets

Ok, Haggling part is not necessary but be sure to flutter in prominent  markets of Delhi like Chandni Chowk, Chawri Bazzar, Khan market and Sarojni nagar. A walk through these markets is enough to acknowledge you latest design of anything and its price and these markets even provide relishing spiced food.

 

7. Find Peace in Religious place

Well visiting religious place may not be in every one’s wish list but for finding peace and calm and to adore the beauty of their design one must visit these worship areas during your graduation. Akhshardham Temple, Lotus temple and Bangla Shahib Gurudwara and many more will surely stop you with their mesmerizing beauty.

8. Spend morning with Greenery

Garden of five senses, Lodhi garden or Japanese park etc allow you to spend a day in lap of nature away from hustle bustle of this metro city. Especially for college couples this place is paradise so prefer to go with some partner!

9. Visit Museums in Delhi

To make your visit in Delhi complete, it is advised to visit museums. These museums not only provide evidence of rich past but also the cultural richness of India and Delhi in particular. One must visit museums to gather information according to his taste. If crafting is your passion then Craft museum is worth visit and if you adore trains a lot then national railway museum will appease you.

10. Celebrate Raahgiri day

Invest you Sunday morning with something useful. In summers, Raahgiri is best way to avoid dawdling Sunday. A section of Cannaught place road is given to people for doing yoga or playing sports of their choice. This freshens up you for the upcoming week. One must experience Raahgiri day while being in Delhi.
