  • Indraprastha College for Women (IP College)

  • Kirori Mal College (KMC)

  • Lady Sri Ram College for Women (LSR)

LSR is one of the premier colleges of the University of Delhi. Established in 1956 by Late Lala Shri Ram in the memory of his wife, Lady Shri Ram College for Women has emerged as one of the best art colleges in the country and has also built its reputation as most sought after college by any female DU aspirant.

  • Sri Venkateswara College (Venky)

Venky was established in 1997 and later emerged as one of the top-tier institutes in the field of Science, Arts and Commerce. Initially, Venky was set up with an aim to provide quality education to South Indian students. Though currently, it is a co-ed college without providing any reservations for the religious or linguistic minority.

  • Kamala Nehru College (KNC)

Kamala Nehru College is an all-women college, built in the memory of freedom fighter Kamala Nehru in 1964. Apart from its motive of empowering the women and making them independent, KNC has also established itself as of the leading Commerce college.

  • Gargi College

This is an all girls college was established in the year 1967 and is one of the only two colleges to be awarded the ‘Prestigious College with a Potential for Excellence Grant’ by the UGC. The college offers courses in Arts, Science, Commerce and elementary education and has maintained modern infrastructure and a wifi enabled campus.

  • Delhi College of Arts and Commerce (DCAC)

DCAC is one of the most sought after colleges in DU. Being one of the most premier institute for arts and commerce, DCAC has also successfully introduced a three year Journalism honours programme recently.

  • Shaheed Bhagat Singh College (SBSC)

Currently located in Sheikh Sarai, this co-ed college under Delhi University, offers premium quality education in the fields of Commerce and Arts. Right from its establishment year of 1967, Shaheed Bhagat Singh College (SBSC) is best known for the excellent performance of its students and record placements with premier companies in India and abroad.

  • College of Vocational Studies (CVS)

CVS was built to promote higher vocational studies to people who would take the risk to go a bit offbeat from the traditional and mainstream educational courses. It was established in the year 1972 and is located in Sheikh Sarai II. Initially starting with courses in French, German and Spanish, now it has spread to higher education courses in liberal arts and commerce as well.

  • Atma Ram Sanatan Dharma College (ARSD)

Located in the Dhaula Kuan area in South Delhi, ARSD is amongst  the top 10 south campus colleges in Delhi University. The college is also popular for its two most important things – alumni Ajay Maken of the National Congress Party (NCP) & its popular dramatic society – “Chalo Dilli”.

  • Maitreyi College

Maitreyi College named after a vedic sage is located in Chanakyapuri area of South Delhi. This is an all girls college and provides its students with courses in the fields of Arts, Science and Commerce.

  • Sri Aurobindo College (SAC)

Sri Aurobindo College is located in south Delhi within close proximity to Qutub Minar, Sri Aurobindo Ashram, IIT (Delhi), NCERT and Qutub Institutional Area. The college offers courses in  Arts, Commerce, Law, Management Studies, Education, Mathematical Sciences, Medical Sciences, Social Sciences, Technology and many other streams. It also offers morning & evening classes for most of the courses and also has an option for distance learning education.

OFF CAMPUS COLLEGES

  • Zakir Hussain Delhi College

Established in 1990, Zakir Husain offers courses in Science, Commerce & Banking, Arts, Management. Hostel facility is also available to students. Additional facilities include AV Lab, mess, Library, medical facilities, computer lab.

  • Rajdhani College

Located in Raja Garden, Rajdhani College offers 19 courses across 3 streams namely  Commerce & Banking, Arts, Science and across 4 degrees like BA, MA, M.Com. Hostel facility is not available here.

  • Maharaja Agrasen College

Established in 1994, this college is situated in Mayur Vihar. It offers courses namely Media & Mass Communication, Commerce & Banking, Arts, Physical Education, Science, Management. It is accredited from AICTE.

  • Lakshmibai College

Lakshmibai College is accredited to NAAC, UGC. Located in Ashok Nagar, this college offers courses in Arts, Commerce & Banking, Science, Management, Performing Arts. It also offers diploma in various courses.

  • Kalindi College

This all girls college is situated in East Patel Nagar, Central Delhi.  The college has consecutively won the ‘university award for good practices’ twice in a row at Antardhvani (an academic cum cultural meet organized by the University of Delhi) in 2013 and 2015. It offers courses in Science, Arts and Commerce. Besides the facilities that come with every college campus, Kalindi College functional cyber cafes, a well-stocked library and an infrastructure that satisfies both the students and the professors’ needs.

  • Lady Irwin College

Lady Irwin College is a constituent college for women in University of Delhi under the Memorandum of Association of The Lady Irwin College Society.  With an aim for holistic development of women students, and their capacity building through carefully designed academic programmes and extramural activities. It is a nodal and template institution for Home Sciences education in the country.
